These Terms & License ("Terms") explain what you can do with products purchased from TheWebNMore Shop (shop.thewebnmore.com), operated by TheWebNMore Solutions. By purchasing or downloading a product, you agree to these Terms. We've kept them short and direct on purpose — if anything is unclear, email us at contact@thewebnmore.com before you buy.
1. What we sell
Every product in the store — including the QA Test Case Starter Kit, the QA Project Planning Kit, and any future product listed on this site — is a downloadable digital file (Excel, Word, PDF, or similar). Nothing is shipped physically, and no ongoing subscription or service is included unless a specific product says otherwise.
2. Your license to use the product
When you buy a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable Single Business/Team License. This means you may:
- Use, copy, and customize the files for your own internal work, across unlimited projects within your own organization.
- Edit colors, branding, field names, and structure to fit your workflow.
- Share copies internally with employees or contractors working on your behalf.
3. What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product — in whole or in part, edited or not — as a standalone product, template, or freebie to third parties.
- Include the product, or substantial parts of it, in a competing template, kit, or course without our prior written permission.
- Claim authorship of the original template or remove our attribution from any version you redistribute internally.
If you're unsure whether a specific use is covered, just ask — we're generally happy to clarify or grant extended permission for legitimate cases.
4. Payment & checkout
All checkout is processed by Payhip, our third-party payment and delivery provider. Payhip handles your card or PayPal details directly through its own secure, PCI-compliant checkout — we never see or store your full payment information.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered instantly after successful payment: Payhip emails you a download link and also shows it on the confirmation page. Please check your spam or promotions folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, and make sure you enter a valid email address at checkout — we can't resend a purchase if the address was wrong. If a download link ever fails or a file is missing or corrupted, contact us and we'll fix it right away at no charge.
6. Refunds
Because our products are downloadable digital files, all sales are generally final once a file has been delivered. That said, if a product genuinely isn't the right fit, isn't as described, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of purchase at contact@thewebnmore.com and we'll review it fairly, case by case. This doesn't affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
7. Product updates & changes
We may update product content, screenshots, pricing, or the catalog itself over time. Updating a product doesn't change the license or price you already paid, and previously purchased files remain yours to use under these Terms even if a listing later changes.
8. No warranty
Products are delivered "as is." We work hard to make sure every file is accurate, well-built, and free of errors, but we don't guarantee that a product will meet every specific need or be completely error-free. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or certification body, and nothing in a product should be treated as legal, financial, or compliance advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheWebNMore Shop and TheWebNMore Solutions are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product in question.
10. Third-party names & trademarks
Some products reference third-party tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, qTest, or Jira, purely to explain import or compatibility steps. These are trademarks of their respective owners, and our products are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those companies.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally, most often to add clarity as the catalog grows. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continued use of a purchased product after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Contact
Questions about licensing, a specific purchase, or these Terms? Email contact@thewebnmore.com and we'll get back to you.
This Privacy Policy explains what information TheWebNMore Shop collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with. We collect as little as possible — enough to deliver your purchase and, if you choose, keep you updated about new products.
1. Information we collect
- Purchase information: when you buy a product, Payhip collects your email address and payment details to process the order and deliver your files. We receive your name and email from Payhip so we can provide support, but we never see or store your card details.
- Newsletter sign-up: if you subscribe using the email field on this site, we store your email address to send occasional product updates. This is stored via a Google Sheets–connected form and is only used for that purpose.
- Contact requests: if you email us or use a "Request a product" link, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that message.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this site, and we never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
2. How we use your information
- To process payments and deliver the digital products you purchase.
- To respond to support requests, refund requests, or general questions.
- To send newsletter updates about new products — only to addresses that subscribed, and only until you unsubscribe.
3. Third-party services we rely on
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run this store. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data:
- Payhip — processes payments and delivers purchased files. Payhip is PCI-compliant and handles all payment-card data directly; we never receive or store it.
- Google (Sheets/Apps Script) — stores newsletter email addresses that you voluntarily submit through the subscribe form.
- Google Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google's servers, which may receive your IP address as a standard part of that request.
4. Data retention
We keep purchase and support records for as long as needed to honor licenses, refunds, and legal obligations. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from the newsletter. Email contact@thewebnmore.com and we'll action your request promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA — we'll honor those requests to the extent they apply.
6. Children's privacy
This store and its products are intended for business and professional use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
7. Security
We rely on reputable, security-conscious providers (Payhip and Google) to handle payment and storage of the limited data we collect, and we don't maintain a separate customer database of our own beyond what's needed to answer support requests.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
9. Contact
For any privacy question or request, email contact@thewebnmore.com.
