These Terms explain what you're buying, what you can do with it, and what happens if something goes wrong. They apply to everything sold from TheWebNMore Shop (shop.thewebnmore.com), operated by TheWebNMore Solutions. By buying a product or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If anything below is unclear, email contact@thewebnmore.com before you buy - we'd rather answer a question upfront than sort out a misunderstanding after.
1. What we sell
The shop offers two different kinds of things, and they work differently - this whole document tells you which rule applies to which:
- Digital products - the QA Test Case Starter Kit, the QA Project Planning Kit, the free Login Starter Pack, and any future product listed on this site. These are downloadable files (Excel, Word, PDF, or similar), the price shown is the full price, and delivery is instant. All prices are listed in US dollars (USD); Payhip may show your card statement or checkout in your local currency at the current exchange rate.
- QA Services - QA Documentation & Customization and Product Validation. Standard QA Testing is sold in fixed tiers with a fixed price shown upfront - click "Buy Now" to check out instantly via Payhip, same as a digital product. Custom QA Testing (more than 10 hours, or a scope that doesn't fit a standard tier) is quoted individually and delivered over an agreed timeframe rather than instantly - see Section 3 for exactly how that quoting works.
Nothing is shipped physically, and no purchase on this site is a subscription - every product and service is a one-time payment.
2. Your license to use a digital product
Buying a digital product gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable Single Business/Team License. You may:
- Use, copy, and customize the files for your own internal work, across unlimited projects within your own organization.
- Edit colors, branding, field names, and structure to fit your workflow.
- Share copies internally with employees or contractors working on your behalf.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product - in whole or in part, edited or not - as a standalone product, template, or freebie to third parties.
- Include the product, or substantial parts of it, in a competing template, kit, or course without our prior written permission.
- Claim authorship of the original template, or remove our attribution from any version you share internally.
Not sure whether a specific use is covered? Ask first at contact@thewebnmore.com - we're happy to clarify or grant extra permission for legitimate cases.
3. How QA Services work, start to finish
Standard QA Testing (up to 10 hours) is a direct purchase:
- You pick a tier. Choose a tier on QA Documentation & Customization or Product Validation and click "Buy Now" to check out instantly through Payhip.
- We get started. Your purchased hours include the time needed to review relevant documents, requirements, and materials to understand the scope and get the work started.
- We deliver. You receive the agreed deliverable (documentation, a findings report, etc.), including any revision round listed on that service's product page.
- Extra hours need your OK. If the task needs more time than the tier you bought, we'll contact you for approval before doing any additional work, rather than simply billing you for it.
Custom QA Testing (more than 10 hours, or a scope that doesn't fit a standard tier) is quoted first, so you know exactly what to expect before any payment is made:
- You reach out. Clicking "Contact Us for a Quote" takes you to our contact form. Every inquiry is read personally and answered within 1 business day.
- We quote you. Based on what you've shared (and a short scope-setting conversation for Product Validation), we send a fixed price and expected turnaround based on your requirements and scope. Nothing is owed at this stage, and there's no obligation to proceed.
- You approve, then pay. If the quote works for you, we send a secure Payhip payment link. Work only begins once that payment is made - never before, and never without a price you've already agreed to.
- We deliver. You receive the agreed deliverable in the format specified in your quote, including any revision round listed on that service's product page.
Anything requested beyond the originally agreed scope or purchased hours is treated as new work: we'll quote it separately, and it only starts once you've approved that additional price.
4. Payment & checkout
All payments - for digital products and for services - are processed by Payhip, our third-party payment provider. Payhip handles your card or PayPal details directly through its own secure, PCI-compliant checkout; we never see or store your full payment information.
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly after payment: Payhip emails you a download link and shows it on the confirmation page. Check your spam or promotions folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, and double-check your email address at checkout - we can't resend a purchase to a mistyped address. If a download link fails or a file is missing or corrupted, contact us and we'll fix it at no charge.
QA Services are not delivered instantly: Standard QA Testing is delivered once your purchased hours of work are complete, and Custom QA Testing is delivered on the timeline confirmed in your quote (see Section 3).
6. Cancellations & refunds
Digital products. Because digital products are delivered electronically, refunds for change of mind are generally not available once a product has been delivered. If a product isn't as described, is defective, or you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at contact@thewebnmore.com. We will review every case individually and, where appropriate, provide a refund, replacement, correction, or other reasonable resolution.
QA Services. For Custom QA Testing, you may cancel at any time before payment at no cost. For both Standard and Custom QA Testing, once payment has been made and work has begun, refunds are generally not available for work already performed or time already committed. If you believe delivered work doesn't match the agreed scope or purchased hours, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll review it case by case.
7. Confidentiality
Anything you share with us to complete a service - your product, files, access credentials, or business details - is used only to complete that engagement and isn't shared with anyone outside our team or disclosed publicly without your permission.
8. Who owns what
For digital products, you own your copy of the files under the license in Section 2; we retain ownership of the underlying template itself. For services, once paid in full, the specific deliverable we create for you (documentation, findings report, etc.) is yours to use internally. We retain ownership of our own pre-existing methods, templates, and tools used to produce it, and may reuse those general methods for other clients.
9. Product & service updates
We may update product content, screenshots, pricing, or service scope descriptions over time. Updating a listing doesn't change the license or price you already paid - anything you purchased remains yours under the terms in place at the time you bought it.
10. No warranty
Digital products are delivered "as is," and services are performed to a professional standard based on the agreed scope. In both cases, we work hard to make sure the work is accurate and well-built, but we don't guarantee it will catch every possible issue or meet every unstated need. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or certification body, and nothing we deliver should be treated as legal, financial, or compliance advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheWebNMore Shop and TheWebNMore Solutions are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a product or service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for that specific product or service.
12. Third-party names & trademarks
Some products reference third-party tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, qTest, or Jira, purely to explain import or compatibility steps. These are trademarks of their respective owners, and our products are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those companies.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally, most often to add clarity as the catalog grows. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. For anything you've already purchased or booked, the Terms in place at the time of that purchase continue to apply.
14. Contact
Questions about licensing, a service engagement, or these Terms? Email contact@thewebnmore.com and we'll get back to you within 1 business day.
This Privacy Policy explains what information TheWebNMore Shop collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with. We collect as little as possible - enough to deliver your purchase and, if you choose, keep you updated about new products.
1. Information we collect
- Purchase information: when you buy a digital product, Payhip collects your email address and payment details to process the order and deliver your files. We receive your name and email from Payhip so we can provide support, but we never see or store your card details.
- Newsletter sign-up: if you subscribe using the email field on this site, we store your email address to send occasional product updates. This is stored via a Google Sheets–connected form and is only used for that purpose.
- Service inquiries and contact requests: if you email us, use "Request a product," or submit the "Contact Us for a Quote" contact form, we receive whatever information you include - which may include details about your product or business if you're requesting a QA service. See the Confidentiality section of our Terms & License for how that information is handled.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this site, and we never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
2. How we use your information
- To process payments and deliver the digital products you purchase, or to quote and deliver a QA service you've requested.
- To respond to support requests, refund requests, or general questions.
- To send newsletter updates about new products - only to addresses that subscribed, and only until you unsubscribe.
3. Third-party services we rely on
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run this store. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data:
- Payhip - processes payments and delivers purchased files. Payhip is PCI-compliant and handles all payment-card data directly; we never receive or store it.
- Google (Sheets/Apps Script) - stores newsletter email addresses that you voluntarily submit through the subscribe form.
- Google Fonts - this site loads typefaces from Google's servers, which may receive your IP address as a standard part of that request.
4. Data retention
We keep purchase and support records for as long as needed to honor licenses, refunds, and legal obligations. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from the newsletter. Email contact@thewebnmore.com and we'll action your request promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA - we'll honor those requests to the extent they apply.
6. Children's privacy
This store and its products are intended for business and professional use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
7. Security
We rely on reputable, security-conscious providers (Payhip and Google) to handle payment and storage of the limited data we collect, and we don't maintain a separate customer database of our own beyond what's needed to answer support requests.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
9. Contact
For any privacy question or request, email contact@thewebnmore.com.
